1. Acceptance of Terms

When you use goswamirehab.com or request a service from Goswami Rehab, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Goswami Institute is a sole proprietorship based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or request our services.

2. Our Services

Goswami Rehab offers home physiotherapy, functional training, rehabilitation programmes, sports enhancement consultations and nutrition consultations. In-person services are provided by professionals qualified for the service you request, at your premises when someone suitable is available. We confirm the service scope and availability before an appointment.

Website content, including journal articles, is general information. It is not a diagnosis, emergency service or medical prescription, and it cannot replace an in-person clinical assessment. Do not delay emergency care because of anything on this website. Speak with a qualified healthcare professional about your situation before changing your physiotherapy, exercise or nutrition routine.

3. Booking and Appointments

• A booking request does not confirm an appointment or guarantee a reply. Our team may contact you to discuss availability and a possible time.
• Appointments depend on therapist availability and service coverage in your area at the time of your request.
• We will confirm the session fee, including any introductory rate shown during booking, before the appointment. Our team will tell you when payment is due, usually at or before the session.
• Please give us accurate contact details and relevant health information so we can consider the right service and safety needs.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us by WhatsApp or email at least 24 hours before the appointment.
• A cancellation less than 4 hours before the session, or a missed session, may incur a reasonable fee—but only if we told you about it before confirming the appointment. Our team will explain any refund or rescheduling decision.
• If something unexpected means we need to cancel or reschedule, we will let you know as soon as we can and offer another time.

5. Health and Safety

Physiotherapy and exercise involve movement and can carry risks, including pain, fatigue, falls or injury. Before treatment, tell your professional about relevant diagnoses, medicines, allergies, recent surgery, pregnancy, implanted devices and symptoms. Follow their safety instructions and use any aids they recommend. Stop and tell them if symptoms are new or getting worse. Chest pain, severe breathlessness, fainting, sudden weakness or other emergency symptoms need immediate local emergency care—not a website booking.

6. Intellectual Property

The text, images, journal articles, graphics and design on this website belong to Goswami Institute of Functional Training and are protected by copyright law. Please do not copy, distribute or adapt them without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide this website and its educational content as available. We take reasonable care to keep information accurate and up to date, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or a particular clinical result. Recovery varies with the person, diagnosis, medical advice, participation and other factors. No article, timeline, discount or testimonial guarantees an outcome.

8. Limitation of Liability

These Terms do not remove or limit any right or remedy that Indian law says cannot be excluded, including applicable consumer-protection rights. Where the law allows, our liability for a particular paid session is limited to the amount you paid for that session. This limit does not apply to loss caused by our fraud, wilful misconduct or negligence that cannot legally be excluded.

Indian law governs these Terms, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and, where applicable to the service or transaction, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We will first try to resolve complaints directly. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, except where a mandatory consumer forum or other legal remedy is available to you.

12. Reviews and User Content

If you send us feedback or a review, it should describe your own experience and must not include someone else’s private health information or be unlawful, defamatory or misleading. You allow us to display approved feedback to describe our services and moderate it. We may shorten it to protect privacy, choose not to publish it or remove it if it does not meet these standards. A review does not show that a particular result is typical or guaranteed.
